Have used SE for several years to watch Grandkids play hockey in MN and ND.  

This year paid $10 monthly and have yet to SEE a game.

This year they decided to 'change' aspects of the registration WITHOUT reaching out to us to tell us of functionality changes that are important to our process of registering athletes, causing some major pains in processing registrations.

Every once in a while a user runs into an issue where they try to complete  the registration, trying to make a payment and all they get on the screen is a frozen 'sending your payment' message.

To be honest, the only positive is that the registration management was much easier than my previous company. When I signed up for sports engine it was $49 a month, At $149 with reduced service, more issues and new better companies now available, they are definitely not worth the money

I run a High School Football Program in Canada where we register our athletes online and have been doing so for the past 13 years using SportsEngine.

It creates calendars that can easily be subscribed to and share among players or members.  

I booked a telephone conversation with them (that takes a week to book in advance btw) and here we are, 2 hours past the scheduled time they were supposed to call me and you guessed it, NO PHONE CALL.  

Then they say "its just a known bug" in the system and they are working on it.

This is a huge issue for anyone running events.

We were happy to use the app and website the way we were, but customer service wanted us to use more of their features that were available.

Our customer service representative didn't like to return calls to work out the problems we faced.

Not much,someone could print a schedule and it will be better than an app that gives no notification

I would like the ability to email all coaches (head and assistant) along with the families. When we have changes to our schedule I need to email our coaches separately from my personal email account as I am not able to access them with the player's contact information.

The apps provide us with all the tools we need for maintaining a quality website with updated information, databases for our all of our families and teams, and tools for managing calendars, rosters, financials, etc.

We also had one hiccup with when we selected to upload a birth certificate when an offer was made and it sent a note to the whole league that birth certificates were required for everyone.

We need to control how many register per age group. If they are a VT Jr. Cat or not(We offer discounts to our members)

I would like for programs and schedule to be synchronized or an option to put that "program" on the facility scheduler and on the public calendar
