The customer service is great, it is easy to arrange meetings, have an online chat or ask AI - meaning that queries get answered and resolved quickly

They occasionally found it confusing to navigate or had trouble getting set up, which meant we needed to provide a little extra support.

Some customers get confused when they try to cancel as session, as they think they are leaving the class completely, and not just for one session.

Time zones were hard to adjust for making the schedule correctly.

Prospects can create profiles and not select a membership creating half a profile which we then need to chase. If a member upgrades, their payment date changes automatically (unless we change it manually after)which means they pay additional fees.

Reduces admin, records everything for me, allows customer to make bookings and changes themselves, lots of new features I’m yet to explore too!

TeamUp manages bookings and payments and i have it set up so income coming in can be included in a finance software ledger without me having to lift a finger.

Cost. If you forget to put payment details in  during or after your trial, they send at least 3-5 emails every day to try and get you.

I don’t do group classes, all my clientele need the appointments feature but they have found it difficult to book as they get confused with the class option.

I will always want to run this class, but it is not the main income stream for my company.   As its not a primary source of income I want to keep the admin time as minimal as possible and this is what TeamUp fulfills.

no overview on missed classes for administrator and for students.via app there is absolutely no way to find it out. and via browser it's confusing and not so clearset up of memberships was a bit complicated but support was perfect help

Sometimes you cant edit dome actions for example the memberships or when you eliminate a customer you cant return that information

There have been quite a few times that we couldn't figure out how to do something, the online help tool is wonderful, plus the option to send your question to TeamUp and receive a response / solution within hours has been great.

Clients can manage their own bookings/cancellations within my set perimetres.

Probably would like an extra interface where i could see every class going on at the same week in the studio, like a weekly detailed timetable
