There's a limit to the number of resources collections clients can have in their on-demand and I find the creation of workout programs with the manual need to copy and paste workouts to another week can be very time consuming, as well as if I change something in a workout I have to go into each workout after manually that I wish to update that exercise.

Programming workouts in Everfit is significantly faster and more flexible than in any other app I've tried; exercise libraries, video demos, warm-ups, and form notes are all easy to build out and reuse.

One of the biggest strengths of Everfit is that I can individually toggle features on or off for each client – like macro tracking, messaging, or comment functions.

I think the ai builder should first create a draft workout based on a simple request, like upper body routine with 4 supersetted exercises for example, then the coach can go through and modify before publishing it.

Having workouts, communication, and accountability tools all in one place allows me to better support my clients without unnecessary complexity.

Making libraries of workout content is simple plus they have exercise and workouts pre-programmed as well, that helps save time.
