Alamida’s software package for undertakers facilitates the recording of death information, which is stored on a PC hard disk. The program can be installed on both Mac and PC platforms. The software is designed for both individual users and multi-user management teams.

Alamida offers features that undertakers need for their daily routines. The program has an index, which gives users an overview of the tools. The central starting point is the cockpit or dashboard, which gathers all the data records that are created. For each death, data including images, audio files, and documents can be linked together for access at any time. This data also includes detailed information about the burial, for instance, the names of funeral orators and the funeral music to be used. At the same time, the program offers the option of filling in price tables, which allows the system to calculate the final price automatically.

To comply with GDPR requirements, data records can be deleted via the administrator area. Among other things, invoices issued will not be affected, because Alamida adheres to GoBD protocols. Besides, death information can be imported from Excel files, or in comma-separated file-formats including XLS, CSV, and TXT. There are also options to create invoices and prepare reminders.
