Issues with pc use(I have not tried new windows app yet), printer problems, occasional bugs and syncing problems across devices.

It isn't hard to understand and if you need help someone is always ready to help you out with anything at all plus you get to find out just how easy it really is.

Not only did I get a response but got a solution with in a 24hr period. They were courteous and helped me to get back up & running.

The integration with OBDII scanners and Intuit are great. The software allows streamlining of many aspects from quotes and invoicing to inspection reports.

Frustrating the way I had to put in some info,  and couldn't go back and edit changes without starting over again.

They price is the biggest selling point. Good value for your money.

Easy to use, overall great software anyone can use.

There are several reports however there is no single report that will give you all of this at a glance.

Works on my mobile phone and computer with ease. Works with QuickBooks for accounting.

That it's very difficult to find an ODM2 adapter compatible with software.

Loss of features over the years and when company sold i lost access to parts of program i had previously purchased from the original company.

I loved the entire friendly conversation that took place with them.

Lots of problems over the last 2 yrs. Final straw was it loops through their server every startup and they downgraded me from bookkeeper to companion, for no reason.

Bought an upgrade  that covered 3 quarters of  invomax features. Company was sold and the new owners more or less told me too bad about my previous purchase  and subsequent upgrade will not.

Problem free for 7 years, then company sold, last 3 years had problems every few months. Updated to the Deluxe version so it could integrate to Quickbooks.

Ease of  finding previous work done. Customer base and history.

Good  experience.as far as the owners... they did not allow me too keep the  invomax products i paid for. I bought the base system  for 250.00 in 2006.

I realized it was my technical capacity with new hardware that made installation a nightmare. Product is very easy to navigate.
