Pros

From customer service to product to updates that seem to be constantly moving toward better and better, this program is amazing.
The customer support is the best in helping and fulfilling our organization request and needs. Managing our invoice has been better with this software.
I have never had an issue with their program, when I need it, it works. I love it for the price point and simplicity, it is perfect for me.

Pros

The ease, the detailed illustrations, the ability to look up time for repair work, and the ability to get the right parts for my customers.
It is user friendly and allows the user to search via multiple parameters. Parts are broken down in easy to find sections and results are easy to read with clear diagrams.
All together a great product, works without fail. Updated regularly, great technical support team.

Cons

Issues with pc use(I have not tried new windows app yet), printer problems, occasional bugs and syncing problems across devices.
Frustrating the way I had to put in some info, and couldn't go back and edit changes without starting over again.
There are several reports however there is no single report that will give you all of this at a glance.

Cons

Unlike competing products, Mitchell cannot incorporate pictures taken with a cell phone to document problem areas or existing body damage on a customer car; the list of "cannots" goes on and on.
The price is way too high and and getting out of a contract is impossible even if the product or add on was horrible.
For even the plainest of cars. Part location does not exist, diagrams are a mess to find, and when found they DO NOT HAVE CONNECTOR VIEWS, and i go back to google.

Great software for my shop

It's been great. Better pricing and the ability to switch between Android and PC is awesome

Pros

This is a great alternative to other options. It does everything that Mitchell did for shop management

Cons

As of right now there's no way to add a set (shop supplies/hazmat) fee on new invoices.. Other software has this where is auto generated to a new order

Pros

The ability to message the support is very conveinent. easy to use. navigate is simple. sometimes you have a hard time finding where something will be but it is there.

Cons

I dont like mitchell, id like to see a generic labor time.

Great Automotive Shop Software

This software makes it easy as a mobile technician to quickly write invoices and estimates for my customers but I have to use outside labor times.

Pros

ARI makes it very easy and handy as a mobile mechanic to make estimates and invoices on the fly! I love it for my business and it makes life a lot easier knowing I have everything I need at my fingertips.

Cons

I would like if there was built in labor times or if there was a partnership to access labor times without Mitchell.

Experimenting with ari for cheaper alternative to NapaTracs software. Has many good options and seems to keep improving quite often

Pricing is great..Easy to use scheduler. Seems to keep improving often

Cons

Little more difficult to use than other shop programs..Could possibly use training videos. Would be nice to have Labor guide without needing mitchell

Full featured shop software, best price for cloud products

Software has all the needed features for shop management including Mitchell ProDemand integration and the price can't be beat as far as cloud software goes. The UI looks kind of 90s.

Pros

Has pretty much everything the big software products have at an exponentially lower price. Easy to use and configure. Dev team is fast and responsive.

Cons

Overall UI could use updating. Appointments page only comes with red accent colour -- if your brand colours don't include red it looks pretty off-brand.

The best Automotive Repair software for the money

The software has made several fantastic improvements over the past few years. When you compare the features and ease of use and low monthly price you simply can't find a more comprehensive program. Other automotive shop management programs are well over $100b more per month.

Pros

Easy to learn a lot of features that are all included at no extra cost. I've tried them all and for the money this is the best software available .

Cons

In the past it was missing a labor guide. Although the recent update included options to use Mitchell labor guide a great addition to the software

Free trial - Satisfaction

Very happy with the outcome I wish it was easier to say example right rear quarter panel dent then options come up with all the labor detailed how long how much etc. Materials maybe needed that you can charge for

I used a free trial on My phone, My boss ended up purchasing the package but I didn't use the account. everything was available on the free trial mostly . I do believe you still need to get Mitchell which is an extra charge I think thru Mitchell. I like the detail In the parts estimates . Maybe How to used the paid version Maybe there would have been more of a layout for the hours completed for body work Like hazardous waste tape masking etc. Overall I was pretty satisfied with the app I printed it out and the pictures came out great everything that I had on there was able to be printed I was very satisfied

Cons

The work for body labor like including to charge for Premask tape Hazardous waste etc.

Love the software. The pricing, layout, and customer service response time is Great.

Pros

Very easy to navigate and get the hang of using it. Customer service is A1 with quick response time. ARI is a very affordable and helpful software. No large up front cost or contracts. Great for simple DIYers but still in depth enough to help repair shops keep track of the repairs and customers. Great Software for any leval mechanic or business. Unbeatable customer service. Always improving the platform and looking for better advancement while keeping the cost down and quality up.

Cons

The only thing I did not like was it did not have labor times and wiring diagrams like alldata. Mitchell, or identafidentified. But a message to them about this and my response from them was, that they are in the works of adding it and they were very thankful for my input.
