It is very simple and user friendly website, it gives you plenty of the software to choose from and plenty of different pricing. It has a good layout and everything that you need.

Issues with pc use(I have not tried new windows app yet), printer problems, occasional bugs and syncing problems across devices.

It isn't hard to understand and if you need help someone is always ready to help you out with anything at all plus you get to find out just how easy it really is.

Not only did I get a response but got a solution with in a 24hr period. They were courteous and helped me to get back up & running.

The integration with OBDII scanners and Intuit are great. The software allows streamlining of many aspects from quotes and invoicing to inspection reports.

Frustrating the way I had to put in some info,  and couldn't go back and edit changes without starting over again.

They price is the biggest selling point. Good value for your money.

Easy to use, overall great software anyone can use.

There are several reports however there is no single report that will give you all of this at a glance.

Works on my mobile phone and computer with ease. Works with QuickBooks for accounting.

That it's very difficult to find an ODM2 adapter compatible with software.

I am unsure of how long ShopView has been operating, however I do not believe it has been marketed widely enough.

ShopView is easy to navigate. The team is receptive to feedback and works on developing features as requested.

What I dont like about shopview is that you cannot search up invoices, you have to go into the vendors separately and look through the invoices that are listed.

I don't believe I have run into any part of Shop View that I don't like yet.

Everyone deserves the opportunity to be aware of ShopView and to trial it against the poor cookie-cutter standard of software that the industry has become used to.
