This software has changed our business.   When I was hired we were writing the invoices & having to look for something that might be covered by warranty was time consuming and tedious.   

I single - handedly entered the inventory, customer addresses & VINs into our system and loved every minute of it.  

I installed a half a dozen automotive software on my computer in 2010 and chose what was TABS automotive invoicing software which later became AutoFluent which now does so much more.

I have never felt as if I was a bother to them or if they would rather be anywhere else in the world.

As it stands now the pros outweigh the cons for 1 very specific reason that I mentioned it before cracking last man repair that saves me a maximum amount of time

That I can’t get parts tech to sync with it for some reason , I’m used to ro , writer , parts are all linked to the system and you just scroll and pick from each vendor and check the prices all at once , nothing extravagant, but helped time wise

The ability to give my customers accurate quotes and turn the quote into the work order/invoice saved me so much time. And being able to put the VIN in fills in all the rest of the information on the car right then.

The user interface on the desktop side of things is a little bit clunky for using a keyboard or mouse

They integrate parts tech which is new to me but a wonderful add on. But the biggest key thing that keeps me an ARI user for life is the customer servjce they provide.
