I like the Technical Information that includes even specific data like fluids conditions and quantity, tires/wheels types and sizes for most of vehicles.

The application has many management features, such as financial reports, technician's timeline tracking, etc.

Managing Users: I can customize almost everything, including switch ON/OFF the access to an exact page for the each worker.

A wide database of clients and their vehicles, ability to view the repairs history of the vehicle via CARFAX.

I also like that application allows my clients to approve/reject items on repair order on their side.

It has VIN and lic. plate scanners, so I can just take a photo of the VIN or lic. plate, and it provides me with the detailed vehicle information I need.

It's a great an "all-in-one" solution that provides great value by reducing the need for multiple, separate software subscriptions.

Shop Manager and Lead Estimator

My the most favorite feature in this app is Auto Parts & Inventory, where I can see the detailed information about parts purchase/sell in my shop.

I like the detailed list of customers and their vehicles, the ability to automatically add vehicle data by search with License plate.

The dashboard is very cool: I can quickly find any information through the search or quickly add an appointment, quote or inspection.

I also like the financial reports, where I can see what repair orders were done by the selected time period, their cost and payment method.

Clear structure of the repair order, division of repair items into different types (labors, parts, inspections, etc.), which greatly simplifies working with it.

Export and import of data seem very good: I can easily export data from the ARC or import here list of customers and vehicles.

Communication center provides different types of message that could be sent to my clients and clients can reply to me.

Appointments scheduling form on the shop website does not allow clients to request an appointment for an exact worker.

Some features seem incomplete (ex., impossible to sync to QBO only that invoices that I need)

Importing data into the application from other resources is limited to just a few software products.

That I can’t get parts tech to sync with it for some reason , I’m used to ro , writer , parts are all linked to the system and you just scroll and pick from each vendor and check the prices all at once , nothing extravagant, but helped time wise

The ability to give my customers accurate quotes and turn the quote into the work order/invoice saved me so much time. And being able to put the VIN in fills in all the rest of the information on the car right then.

The reports i need to generate for an audit works awesome with all dates and miles as well as repair details all on the report for DOT audits
