From the restaurant management aspect cake meets every need we have, from credit card processing, davo for tax management, the cake pop hand held device is awesome!

I don’t like that the cutoff time for next day funding for credit cards is at 9:00PM because we close our restaurant at 9:30PM.

The inventory tracking was set up more for food industry, not for retail SKUs.  

I’ve been very satisfied with the ease of use for the employees.the availability to access from anywhere on any devices is amazing.

It did not have a scanner built in, items had to be searched for and clicked on.

Google doesn't allow me to setup my order link.

I'm 61 years old and was able to set up our store with little instruction. When I did need help, the customer service was always outstanding.

I have used some of the other POS systems this is by far the easiest I have dealt with I did my own menu and installed everything myself.

It kicks it out saying we're closed or unable to accept orders.

Pricing can be tricky, especially when there are items we receive quarterly discounts on, monthly CU inventory pricing has to be changed manually each month.

Also, when creating custom recipe batches, not being able to log them in inventory for an audit (might be a user error but I can't figure it out for the life of me)

Craft cocktail bars tend to have a lot of dealer's choices, so inventory liquor counts are usually off simply because of that fact.   But the inventory and reports seem to show you a fairly good picture of the profit/loss of your bar.

Was a con but was fixed in an update: not being able to add delivery fees, sugar + crv tax on specific items.

I would say it has saved me countless hours of plugging in formulas in Excel to create an inventory sheet or to cost out cocktails.

Automatic prompting of price increase/decrease on products based on ordering/invoices has been extremely helpful and has saved us money in the long run!

Wish there was a way to set a fixed price on certain items and not have mapping invoicing override with approving invoices, but know that might be tricky

It's ease of use importing products in bulk, the analytics it provides if connected to POS system, creating custom drink recipes and costing out.....the list goes on.
