It’s a tool, not a partnership, and other owners should go in with eyes open.

Even when you try to be nice about the order being incorrect the most you'll get is a $5 or $10 coupon if you can wade through to the manager.

This setback in and of itself may lead me to seek out an alternative food delivery app, considering the majority of its features are comparable, if not identical, to its competitors.

A lot of times the food is cold or takes too long to be delivered. If a driver messes up an order you are not able to take your tip back.
