It has been one week with no response and no refund. I did not spend $60 for a messed up product and there is no customer service response.

We are extremely disappointed with this software and have told the manufacturer that the ads is false and misleading.

The customer service is horrible. I emailed and asked for a refund multiple times and they keep refusing and say they will send me a user guide.
