Tables management, inventory, pricing, intergration with UberEats (it doesn't let you modify your Uber menu from the uber website).

Customer service is a great and very responsive team

I love how user friendly it is to work with.

The range of the network for table service is short - so it's a counter service option first.

It was easy to connect the IPad (MYR) to the Clover Flex terminal, to the MEV and to the bill printer.

Logging in through the web browser feels clunky and not up to today's norms for online POS.

It does everything we need and costs a fraction of the typical restaurant POS systems.

WOuld prefer that tips can be listed in dollars as well as in %.

It isn't the end of the world, but it does get frustrating when customers can't use their tap payment.

MYR is a counter service option with some table service options that was easy to implement.

I get the desire to do "quick service" as the primary option.

The reports on the admin portal are very helpful.  

Tried resolving the same issue for multiple days and ultimately just gave up.  

I have been a user since the beta version, and although I have tried other products I have always revert back to MYR.

You told me it could be my internet network but we only have one in my area and it has those problemes on with the app.

Its great for a really simple restaurant/café.

It seemed impossible to receive any customer support.  

When plugging in multiple items especially at the butcher shop, weights, very long and customers find the checking out very long. Would be easier if Koomi  came with a scanner and be able to read our scales bar codes.

Perhaps, some type of integration with food delivering apps could be a good idea to explore.

The concept of a fast POS is good, but it really was much slower and clunkier than Square POS -- which is free.

It's upsetting since I hoped the online ordering a lot to facilitate the system.

From setup to customer service we would recommend it to anyone!
