The fact that I have to pay differently for the advance features like employee management and inventory management, I will also appreciate if it can also be operated on laptop also before we need a bigger screen when using in the store and I couldn’t get a bigger screen tablet like 15inches and above

Only cons for me is I hope they have the option to remove the 2 decimal points when adding prices on items.

This way we do not need to count manually how many portions of a certain dish to make or prepare for pending, especially in the rush hour, with so many order tickets that we need to go to the next page to see.

I did get a bigger tablet and expected more items to be visible but the sales layout remained the same.

The inability to do a custom refund amount as the system only allows for complete refunds of a specific item previously sold.

Takes abit long to start up on android, but that is mostly cos of the pictures and quantity i have on loyverse.

This is not a complaint. But, we've had a few times the sales printed on the receipt, but did not register in the reports.
