I'm struggling to think of a con. There is nothing I don't like about this software.

Our store location page on our website works great with an intuitive search bar for address or zip, with an accompanying Google map.

One of their reps immediately called me and set up a Zoom session and walked me through an update that was hard to understand (because of Google API).

We are limited to what we can add in terms of images and number of website links.

Sometimes you need to re-save or re-import records to force a map update. Bulk editing tools are limited, so making changes to many locations at once can be time-consuming.
