Moneywell is a cloud-based point of sale (POS) software designed for pawn shops, consignment and thrift stores, scrap yards, gun shows, and more. The platform offers a range of features for managing loans and redeems, sales, inventory, cash drawers, employee activity, and reporting.

With Moneywell, users can calculate loans at any time, along with principal balance reductions, partial payments, nontaxable service fees, interest charges, and forfeit dates. Hardware integrations allow users to print barcodes and item labels, manage cash drawers, scan state IDs and driver’s licenses with magnetic or 2D-barcode scanners, and capture customer signatures and fingerprints. Customer information, pawns, sales, and payment histories are all stored in the customer database.

Moneywell automatically notifies users of upcoming sales, item availability, and payments due for layaways by email or SMS. Inventory, layaways, turnover, cost of goods sold, and profit margins are all tracked automatically, and all transactions and alterations are logged and archived. Employee activity can be monitored, and users can set permissions for owners, store managers, employees, and other roles. Moneywell generates end-of-day reports for balancing cash drawers, and produces a range of spreadsheet-compatible reports covering sales tax, cost of goods sold, and more.

Cash based financial management; quality budgeting. Don't have to ever use Quicken again!It is based on the "envelope method" of budgeting. instead of envelopes though they use buckets. They also have an unusual take on budgeting. Place in the events that you do and the frequency you do them and let them build the budget for you. I have used this software for several years now and it has helped me get out of debt live financially with a cash mindset while utilizing the power of modern day money.
