First of all, the dashboard is quite easy to use and you get weekly reports, which is quite beneficial for tracking purposes. When we were first starting out with this product, we faced a few problems and the customer team was there to help all the way.

In terms of pricing, it is a little on the higher side so no the best option if you are just getting started.

There are a lot of pros when it comes to using this tool, but 1 flaw that I see is for the largest package, you can maintain up to 100 locations but only have access to the 'Receive more Reviews' for only 5-6 of those locations.  

It is full of a ton of functions, great audits of citations, wonderful local keyword ranking with the grid, and submitting citations is quite straightforward and easy.
