We get over booked all the time, the booking calculations don't work properly and you are constantly getting complains from clients- the system has so many bugs that they can't resolve.

We loved the product for the reason it's value for money in 2014 when it's called Navotar but after moving to RENTALL price get increased every month

We lost a lot of money at critical times using Rentall during those times as our business is 85% seasonal.

The added more steps and complicated the rental process with the new version.

We were repeatedly shown unfinished work and they assured us that we could start using the platform, but because of the bugs, we were never even able to make a single test booking.

The vehicle inspection was agonizing, the video and pictures were such poor quality they are absolutely useless, the steps and functionality made our employees frustrated at every step that the engineers were unable to remedy.

Tax rates are not matched, you cannot edit invoices once they are copied to quickbooks to fix the tax rate as it says another user is working on this at the same time.

However, Rentall's managers assured us that they could customize the platform for our needs.

We wrote hundreds of documents and emails, talked to the company's management, and did our best, but in vain.

At first we liked the relatively affordable price, simplicity and functionality of the platform.

Emails wouldn't work, the reservation plug-in kept having issues, functions would not work properly, there were constant snags.

Our letters went unanswered for weeks and months.

Customer support has told me several times now that they would send me a working Excel spreadsheet for it, but it has been over a week now with still no spreadsheet.

I would later find out that a few features, like bulk vehicle uploads, aren't even working.

However, after paying a 4-figure setup fee, customer support started responding in 3-5 days instead of hours.

Any customers who are already in your system will not have their invoices synced.

The worst problem for me is the very slow and often non-existent customer support.

Very positive, all our queries were replied too in a very short time, we required a few changes to the system and in less than 24 hours these were implemented.

The things I don’t like are: it's difficult to customize according to specific needs, bookings are automatically accepted even if no payment has been made, and when there's no availability, it doesn’t suggest the next available date or show the customer the availability.
