QwickServe offers mobile applications, which allows restaurants to remotely receive customers’ orders and offer promotional discounts according to requirements. Retailers can maintain a record of available inventory, manage staff members’ shifts, and monitor sales operations through gross processing margin (GPM) reports. It can be connected with the kitchen display unit (KDU) to automatically track the status of received orders and provide instructions for food preparation.
QwickServe enables businesses to integrate the platform with various third-party POS, loyalty management, and back-office systems. The software also integrates with Petrosoft’s in-house solutions to help users manage workflows and streamline recipe costing processes.
