No way to seach for license plate without knowing full plate (that I know of ). Cannot add parts to an order after it is started (this one is very annoying).

Shop ware is very intuitive and user friendly, It makes communication with customers  seamless and keeps things transparent.

I can not break down labor cost by technician. This is again frustrating because the labor cost is NOT ACCURATE on any one ticket or job on a given ticket.

Amazing customer service, great features and constant improvements making the software better.

AutoRepair Cloud is n awesome application with lot of useful features. I'm a mobile auto mechanic and luckily I found this  software to manage my repair orders.

Customer Support Chat sometimes gives reply with a delay. Also application sometimes returns some non-critical, but strange errors.

I found the CRM & Marketing feature is very useful, in particular the integration with Google Business and the ability to upload reviews on my business from other resources.

I like detailed and configurable customer and vehicle form, when I can put a lot of important information.

Maintenances information is missed for some vehicles.

I like the detailed list of customers and their vehicles, the ability to automatically add vehicle data by search with License plate. Inventory and Part Order features look usefull too.

I recommend using this application for auto repair shops. It seems as fine as possible.

Sometimes the application freezes and sometimes there is a problem with receiving SMS by my clients.

Painters Helper

Wide range of different small, but very useful features, like sync with Google, integration with Salesforce, etc.

Consulter

Regarding wire diagrams - though they are more voluminous than other products, they lack interactive features for Honda vehicles.

Intuitive User Interface is very good. It gives much more options for integrations then other products.
