Some problems are not fixed when the new update come. Personally we have gone through 2 updates and the same problem lingers.

I've been on their web-based for a while now and its just flat amazing. Free online payments and reservations.

Along with the ease of set-up the thing I like the most is the support given during the entire process.

When we first implemented our computer system, Storage Commander was so user friendly that even our managers with zero computer experience could operate it with ease.

It was time consuming as you can imagine not to mention the mistakes.

However it is very buggy. With each new update there are new problems.

EIGHT months after I paid in full for a year of Elite service, I never got a software package delivered. When I asked for a refund for the remaining four months of the year, they refused.

Our customers can no longer use an iPhone or Android to change passwords or lease a unit.
