STYLEman is a cloud-based footwear and clothing business management solution offered by UK-based vendor, Option Systems. The consolidated solution is a suite of modules which include STYLEman ERP, STYLEman PLM, STYLEman Mobile, STYLEman WMS, and STYLEman BI. STYLEman can be installed on a server on user’s premises or be hosted externally. The software is installed by the vendor in two separate environments – test environment and live environment. The test environment helps to train users.

STYLEman is used by distributors, manufacturers, retailers, e-retailers, and brand owners to manage the day-to-day operations of their business. STYLEman ERP helps apparel retailers, wholesalers, and e-commerce businesses manage stock, sourcing, and sales of various styles of footwear and garments. A product lifecycle management module enables users to store all documents including diagrams, drawings, photos, fax images, video clips, and other office documents in one place. Users can also attach notes to documents using the note templates available within the solution.

STYLEman manufacturing module helps in material requirement planning, bills of materials, product costing, sales order processing, and inventory management. The solution supports multi-currency billing by using budgeted and actual exchange rates to calculate material costs. STYLEman also provides a work in progress module that tracks total production on the basis of modular and line production methods.

STYLEman is equipped with Open Access for data import and export to create graphs in excel. The solution also provides a dashboard that allows users to view the overall performance of their business. STYLEman is ODBC compliant and also offers integration with other third party applications including E-pos, Preactor, and Langdon Systems.
