I have been using Hubspot past couple of months and i am not able to understand the whole workflow. I am using it marketing purpose. I am able to track email opening rate and idea whoever is opening and reading my mail. But other than that i am not using it much.
I need to figure out other prospects of Hubspot CRM and i would like to try their Sales also for my sales team.

I enjoyed the sales platform (CRM). Although I missed sales email automation.
HubSpot is a onestop shop for sales & marketing. No doubt about it. After SalesForce they serve as a full stack platform. I enjoyed using their startup package like many of my colleagues do. CRM queues are very cool.
It's is extremely expensive for a growing company to keep up with costs of HubSpot platform.

Strong ecommerce analytics. Marketing tools were very strong. Account rep did a good job understanding my business before our meeting.
Not a true CRM. The software lacked some enhanced CRM tools that we were looking to implement. More marketing focused than true sales management tool.

Manage sales pipeline efficiently using HubSpot CRM.
With the use HubSpot CRM , we can reduce the cost for the application because it is free for all.We can have unlimited users to access HubSpot CRM. We can integrate Gmail and Outlook to the platform .Also, we can have email templates with email scheduling features. Activity log is the one of the best feature which will track every activity .
Limited reporting features available on the HubSpot CRM also can not send bulk emails.

Great initial foray into deploying a CRM for my marketing business.
HubSpot's CRM is a great free option for small and medium sized businesses that need a slick interface for tracking client information and sales deals. While the paid versions of HubSpot Sales allow for more advanced tools for sending/tracking calls and emails - and are arguably necessary for a proper sales workflow, the essential features are all here for free. Email tracking works great and the CRM integrates well with Gmail to give you valuable information alongside any correspondence.
This CRM is meant to be used through the HubSpot dashboard, so if you're using the free version without the premium sales tools, you'll be doing a lot of reconciliation between this CRM and your sales workflow - the Gmail integration has some limitations. I switched from HubSpot CRM to a more Gmail-centric CRM because that better suits my preferences for our sales team, but on the other hand if you are using HubSpot Marketing then you'd be much better served by taking advantage of the CRM/Marketing crossover.

Excellent all in one CRM / sales automation tool. Great for teams that collaborate between sales & marketing regularly.
Not much I don't like about Hubspot. It is somewhat pricey, but the functionality and interface is superb.

Best CRM ever scene for inbound marketing and Sales.
The certificate course is provided along with the Tutorial ,So it makes much more easier to understand and also provided with the certificate which helps us in carrier growth. Helps in running campaign and promotional activities in our services to track the customers for further activities.
Replication of contacts which will lead us to do manual work to merge two contacts . Hubspot server issue at time will make our task to do twice.

My go to CRM, Marketing Automation, and sales platform.
HubSpot is the easiest to use CRM platform on the market. It also is priced competitively, not too expensive, not too cheap. HubSpot has great 24/7 support if you pay for it. HubSpot is not overly complexed and most businesses would be better off running their sales, marketing, and customer success out of the platform.
Sometimes new support team members at HubSpot don't know the answers to complex support problems.

My overall experience with HubSpot CRM is fantastic. HubSpot CRM allows effective predictive lead scoring and sales acceleration.
The most impactful features of HubSpot CRM are its scalability and scope. The product is easy to use and features an intuitive interface. It is best for lead management, sales tracking, contact management, and much more. Integration with existing business processes is seamless and efficient.
There are no features I feel are missing nor needing improvement, nor aspects of the product that are difficult to use. Integration with existing processes is not cumbersome, difficult, nor lengthy.

I love the email tracking when someone opens up an email it notifies you. I can’t tell you how many times I have reached out to a potential customer and closed deal because of this feature! Amazing!

HubSpot CRM's best value proposition is its price point - free! Compared to a market where Salesforce licenses can cost well over each monthly, it is hard to justify a switch. HubSpot provides sales basics like lead and deal tracking, alongside powerful features for reporting and dialing. If you use HubSpot marketing, it also natively ties together records for an omnichannel view of activity and conversion.
HubSpot is built for out of the box SMB use, and lacks the power features CRM admins may be looking for. Customization is extremely limited, and organizations with larger sales teams may run into a wall depending on their needs. At that point, however, integration with Salesforce is robust and can manage larger datasets or teams alongside HubSpot.

Not very customizable. Lots of bugs on the auto-fill features for contact records and accounts. Can't drill into the data feeding my dashboards by clicking on the graphs.

HubSpot's CRM is extremely user friendly and very easy to customize. With a sales team of over 30, this CRM also helps our managers get a better view of our current sales pipeline.
Within the CRM you can add notes, record a phone conversation, and even send an email. This is a fantastic way to keep all information about each account organized.
I have not found any cons yet.

When we set up our sales team, we had a look at several CRM solutions. We had initially worked with a shared google sheet, but we needed a better approach. I had previously worked with Salesforce, as well as with a proprietary CRM solution. After evaluating roughly a dozen alternatives (including free and paid applications) we settled for HubSpot CRM. It's offered by an established (and great) company, it's free (with no limitations on the number of users) and it provides all of the basics we needed. At some point we might outgrow HubSpot regarding functionality, but for now it's great!

Only 100000 records you can save in CRM, and for more records you need to pay extra.

Kylas is easy to use, good sales tracking system, data is managed and presentable in analytical view. overall good product.
Report view is not good in Kylas CRM. Layouts are not available in every module
