What is HubSpot CRM?

HubSpot CRM has been designed from the ground up and is ready to eliminate manual work and actually help sales teams. It was built ready for the modern world to help users get running and start selling. HubSpot CRM takes care of all the little details - logging emails, recording calls, and managing data - in a very intuitive manner therefore freeing up valuable selling time in the process.

Key benefits of using HubSpot CRM

Database - Automatically create company records, associate contacts, de-duplicate leads, and handle details that teams shouldn’t be distracted by. Have the ability to collect & store data on contacts, companies, deals, and tasks with a database that is customizable to match users' needs.

Timeline: Organize every e-mail, note, call and even website visits into one simple and intuitive view. Our current sales process happens across multiple different touch points and dozens of channels so having Timeline allows users to make calls, send emails, set reminders and organize their day in one place.

Templates & Content - Build and save email templates, schedule messages and store sales content in HubSpot CRM.

Company Database & Automatic Enrichment - Instantly see useful and any new information about your contacts or company you add to HubSpot CRM. Browse a database of millions of new companies right from HubSpot CRM. Glimpse behind the scenes of your website traffic to identify companies browsing your site. You can add social profiles, any background information, details on key employees and related companies.

Integrates with tools you already use - HubSpot CRM connects to the tools you already use, keeping itself up to date and surfacing useful details throughout your day (without even logging in to your CRM system.) Integrations include Gmail, Google Calendar, Outlook for Windows, Apple Mail, and Google Drive. It's there when you need it, out of your way when you don't.

Fully integrated with HubSpot Marketing - Bridge the gap between sales and marketing without the hassle of integrations and syncing. HubSpot CRM and HubSpot Marketing run off the same inbound database, meaning every piece of data is always up to date in real time. See existing useful details from your inbox & social media about the contacts you communicate with right inside your inbox.

Why do users choose Hubspot CRM?

What would users change about Hubspot CRM?

Pros
The comprehensive database, the intuitive tools, the ease of deployment - all of these are appreciated about this product.
It is popular and used by a few other businesses that we know, so we considered it and the functionality is good.
Love the email tracking and wonderful having contacts all in the same place. As a solopreneur, it is like having a virtual assistant.
Cons
Also, there is a hard limit of 1,000 custom fields, which is not something you can even buy more of, which in my opinion is a severe limitation.
Lack of industry specific columns or trackers. Lack of customization to suit the needs of the industry I was in.
There have been multiple times where we lost data and data was unretrievable.

Worth the price if you need it all

Reviewed 2 months ago

It has been good, it was a smooth transition from Keap.

Pros

One of the pros with Hubspot is that your organization can operate out of one system instead of stitching together 4-5 management tools for sales, marketing, and admin.

Cons

The price point is really high when you start to get into all the package options and features. Users can certainly stitch together a cheaper monthly bill by using multiple dedicated services.

HubSpot Review

Reviewed 2 months ago

Use it every day and it's so easy to use and keeps us on track with everything we do from Lead management and deal tracking.

Pros

Ease of use, and UI is fantastic. The deal management and simple UI of this make it so easy to use and keep on top of.

Cons

Calling from it can be hit and miss. Sometimes you just get an error and other times the numbers are blocked because of spam, so have to then turn to the mobile version and there are no issues. I know it's a network thing but still, not very productive to have to switch between desktop & mobile versions to make calls

It is a good team in Hubspot. They explained the platform in overall terms.

Pros

It is very easy to use and simplify to set automatized cycles

Cons

The family product cannot be configure it to setup more than 1 family, so for our case we needed to keep track on implements, tractors, and other equipments, not available to setup on the platform

Best of the best honestly

Reviewed 3 months ago

HubSpot to me is la crème de la crème - or the best. I'm an advocate for software when it comes to marketing automation and I've tried everything (infusionsoft, activecampaign, salesforce, marketo, HighLevel (although HighLevel is also phenomenal)

Pros

Extremely clean user interface, it's amazing support staff, and the ability for you to go into very strong account based and better be automations when your business grows. It does allow you to scale pretty easily. It also have a free tier for almost every hub.

Cons

As a start of this software can be a little expensive when you need some of it's more advanced features at an early stage

A great CRM tool that however demands quite a lot from the users

Reviewed a month ago

It's surely a great tool, but then you need time to get totally into it in order to get the maximum value out of it.

Pros

HubSpot CRM is a complete tool, with a features and functionalities you could ever need. The integrations with other tools is also great, and it can surely cover all needs for big and small companies.

Cons

We experienced it as a big threshold to get up to efficiency with the tool. I understand that when up and running as it should, it's hard to compete with, but we never came that far. It's a combination of the massive amounts of features, tools and integrations, together with a somewhat not totally intuitive UI, that creates an inertia of getting into the tool.
