Pros

See my previous comments: ease of use, reliability, database quality, rich functionality, nice & clean design.
They also have a very friendly and competent customer service. In total, Leadfeeder are the best business partners my company has had as they have added exceptional value to my business.
Leadfeeder is a great B2B tool to find out the companies that visited our website and also what is it that they are looking for. The best part is it's integration.

Pros

Easy to use software that gives you great reporting and lead generation functionality all at a great price. When I have used the online support, they have been really helpful too.
This is a great tool if you can invest some time for analysis. It gives useful data and our sales team appreciates it.
Albacross let's you gain insight into your website's visitors activity and behavior, and ultimately their identity. For b2b and b2c focused businesses this is great.

Cons

I believe you can push hard now with all the hassle about the EU privacy panic.
Sometimes the information on the company is missing or does not concur with what I find on LinkedIn such as the number of employees.
Getting qualified sales leads has always been a challenge and a loss of time: you keep contacting people without having the idea whether or not they're interested in your service.

Cons

Sometimes updates have lost tagged visitors and need to go back through all website visitors to check them out.
Some contacts shown at Google Analytics do not have a counterpart in Albacross. Though I know there is a reason for that, it still looks a bit weird.
How buggy and wrong data is. How few og the actual visitors it can actually map to a company.

Very good and nice with a free version

Pros

I can see which customers viewing my site relates to which campaigns sources. This is impossible in Google Analytics as far as I know. Interesting with the account based marketing option but I did not have the opportunity ( budget ) to be able to test this yet.

Cons

It is some difference in the presented data compared to Leadfeeder wich discover that it might is not 100 % accurate. A bit too expensive in the smallest paid version. On the other hand Albacross show more data than many competitors and it is more instant in real time reporting and monitoring.
