So these are lies that they are saying good customer service because it's not. As I am leaving the review it has been 10 minutes and still no return phone call. But I guess when you spend 7.99 what can you expect?

It's very difficult to get my team to buy in to moving away from legacy business cards, framing popl as a lead capture tool is more helpful.could also stand to have design templates for actual digital assets on the card (headers, logos, virtual backgrounds

Some deceptive messaging, advise you can get free branded popl devices with a team license, reality is free devices are Popl branded, custom branding is an extra cost.

There were a few times we had to try to remove them as carefully as possible from devices, because they weren’t activated prior to placing them on the backs of our phones.

I also found myself having to tell customers to make sure they "saved" me as a contact, because it seemed they'd scan it then close their phone and walk off.

It is hard to try and get other individuals the use of using the app or to have potential clients understand the purpose of Popl or downloading my virtual card.
