Implementation & training required a lot of effort to learn & implement features for my sales team to prefer still to input the documents themselves rather than using SF as a central data hub that Conga would output multiple auto filled documents.

Difficult for a smaller company to execute and even the developers stuggled (3 months of issues) to get it up and running properly.

The switch from Conga Merge to Conga Global Merge was horrid and not executed well.  

The initial learning curve to become familiar with all the functions and features of the software. Although Conga offers an intuitive and easy-to-use interface, it can take a while to get used to all the available options and customizations.

We no longer have to spend hours typing and formatting documents, now we can do it quickly and accurately.

All of our proposals and other documents are generated using Conga, which was the intended use, but we have also created reports (like material tracking reports) to support the business which was an unexpected use of the software.

Conga has been a wonderful product for us to create proposals, contracts, forms and various other templates that we use daily.

We can create contracts very easily that are all consistent with one another without waiting for a member of our office team to create documents for the sales reps.

I don't like how I cannot ask the SME's/Experts assigned to me for help with the unique conga tools we use, and that they push methods that spend a lot of money- "just buy an annual subscription and we'll build it for you!".
