Pros

It's great to see a SaaS product backed up by brilliant and quick customer support. This is so rare these days.
The best feature are the templates for various industry. I use this soft and I recommended to many of my clients as it helps create great looking proposals, keeps track of your sales funnels.
I loved that it made proposals look more professional. The templates were a great start and the collaboration aspect was very useful.

Pros

The pricing is excellent. We use it mainly to track web hits and who was hitting our website, I have used Lead Forensics in the past and this is as good if not better and it comes for free.
Love the email tracking and wonderful having contacts all in the same place. As a solopreneur, it is like having a virtual assistant.
The overall experience is good, very good. You can have multiple users answer chat and email and the UX is very good.

Cons

Hard to customize and make design changes. Inability to combine projects.
Deleting the final page in a section for example is not allowed, so you have to add a new page and then delete. Additionally, some of the button labels can be confusing at first.
The tone of the guys is just awful. Max 5 active proposals at any one time.

Cons

Also, there is a hard limit of 1,000 custom fields, which is not something you can even buy more of, which in my opinion is a severe limitation.
Lack of industry specific columns or trackers. Lack of customization to suit the needs of the industry I was in.
There have been multiple times where we lost data and data was unretrievable.

At Dornan.Net, we love proposify! It helped us to create high quality proposal template which are so easy to deploy to new clients. We especially love the integrations with Hubspot CRM and Fresh books. Maintaining deals ad invoicing clients has never been easier. The final plus for us is the digital signatures. No printing no scanning documents back and forth, just send, view, sign! WOW...thank you Proposify team for this great product!

Overall HubSpot is perfectly adequate for what I need it for!

Pros

It is very basic and straightforward. Does exactly what it needs to do.

Cons

There are some glitches. We have it linked with Proposify which is our agreement system, and it doesn't do the best job integrating the two.

Worth giving it a try!

Pros

I like that it's free, and it's free without setting crippling limitations. It lets you actually use the software without paying for the full version. I'm excited to start using the integrations - namely the Proposify and Google Calendar integrations, which both look promising. After about a month of use (and testing probably a dozen CRMs), I definitely see Hubspot sticking around. It's simple, and you can scale up your subscription as you start to need more features. This is well-designed, simple software.

Cons

Honestly, considering I we are using the free plan at work, I don't have any complaints. I would definitely pay for a QuickBooks Online integration, and am hopeful that one is coming eventually.
