I tried to contact several times but each time I am having problem connecting. It may be my machine problem but I am a little disappointed.

The software makes it very easy to copy and paste information as well as edit where appropriate. An easy to understand gauge of cost/sales price and profit% allows for simple cost and profit tracking.

A great tool for up selling and cross selling to clients. This is a very robust and reliable Quoting package and sits perfectly between Autotask (our CRM package) and Sage (our accounting package).

While QuoteValet (web-based) appears more modern, the desktop app feels a bit "Windows XP. Overall, fantastic software, extremely affordable, and highly recommended to anyone in the IT industry.

Knowledge base sometimes can be though to find information and they send out several updates through out the year, this can be a bit of a problem when trying to stay current.

The item numbers are limited to a certain number of characters which causes the sync to QuickBooks to fail if your part is too long.

Some field labels I've created are too long and won't fit, so most of the label info is lost on the screen.

I don't think I've even begun to scratch the surface of what this software can do. It's definitely worth the time to get it up and running.

Purchasing

Software was relatively easy to use but it was also very unstable. We used this program for 10+ years and it was good enough to get us through day to day operations.

The interface to distribution is good, real time on hand, pricing works great. Administration capability is strong.

Also, I find it soooooo frustrating to have an error in Quosal, but will not tell  the cause!!!  For example, our ConnectWise Admin selected some products to make inactive.

The product screens are vague they do not mirror the connectwise product screens. Which can make it difficult to work with.

Worst of all that we tested; expensive and incompetent.

After Quosal, we were able to get a quote out in minutes. Since upgrading to the newest interface of Quosal (all browser based) the ease and quickness of quoting is even better.

The design is intuitive and easy to learn, yet complex enough to do very customizable things. It integrates with leasing providers (e.g. Great America) so you can include leasing options.

Also, I find myself struggling within the fields if it’s a large quote with a lot of products.

ConnectWise Sell is a great tool as we live, eat, and Breath ConnectWise.

There are still some nuances with the Connectwise Manage integration that make some things more difficult, such as how it handles the various description fields for the products.

ConnectWise Sell has really improved our sales process.

Channel Manager

End user input is critical for accurate reporting. Not good as a stand alone option, so quite pricey when taking the complete ConnectWise package.
