The drawbacks I did not enjoy was the limited daily email caps that throttle outreach, formatting issues that make emails look clunky or off-brand.

The UI/UX is simple and intuitive for a sequencing tool it is easier to adopt than Outreach and our AE team preferred it.

The Salesloft team were great made transition between products simple but functionality for SDR team was worse than Outreach

The tool has a lot to offer for any tech sales company or SDR role that needs a CRM to manage customers.

In addition, the calling features can be at times glitchy or unreliable.

We bought the product 1 year ago, have been using it for a whole year. When we signed we were made to believe by looking at the Order form that we are buying a product for 1 year with a start day and an end day.

Apparrently they have a link to an MSA saying "unless stated otherwise on the order form" the product will auto renew.

We lost key functionality and our support ticket was seemingly abandoned after being passed around a few months.

For team members coming from pure CRM usage it can be a bit of a learning curve but once they get the hang of it they love how much more they can get done.

What I dont like is the dialer I think is really basic, but it does not interfere with my performance.

It's great that we can set appointments with potential clients through email and install appointments within our calendar and the client's calendar directly.

Salesloft meant that new team members could know exactly what was expected as outreach for certain prospects.

Additionally, the notifications might be delayed, which doesn't contribute positively.

Calling features are poor - need to be able to call through salesloft with it accurately importing the call into salesforce and Chorus.

Overall I have not been satisfied with our experience using SalesLoft because of the lacking support for business to consumers.

SalesLoft completely fails when it comes to interacting with business to consumers.

The tool itself is great and extremely functional, but the customer support from salelsoft is top tier.
