After that if you like to review one certain record you choose the item code three dots, type the item code to search field press Enter, click the code that is found from the list, click Select and after clicking Search you can review the record you like.

Now you can open the Connect from Incent and then log in back to Incent from another browser tab to have both same time open. If Connect happens log out due to inactivity you have to do the same again.

Custom data visualization in the "Incentive Statement" is not as expected.

It has been nice to have one system for comp and eliminate human error when calculating via excel sheets.

It's really great for tracking commissions month to month and it contains important incentive data provided by the employer, so you know what to expect and never caught not knowing your earnings.

At this point we are pretty self sufficient, but we have always enjoyed working with our Professional Services teams, as well as with our Customer Success Managers.

The aspect I liked least about Deel was the occasional delay in customer support response times. While generally responsive, there were instances where I experienced longer waiting periods for assistance, which could be frustrating when needing immediate help with an issue.

One minor thing that took a bit to figure out was the custom workflows, but once we rolled it out to the team, it was kind of annoying that some features are only available in the higher-tier plans.

My overall experience has been very enjoyable and im coming from Wise which is automatic transfer, the cherry on top with Deel is their amazing Customer Service team. Whenever I have a question, concern or issue I can always rely on a real person to hear me out and look for the best possible outcome.
