It does its own versioning and security, and if you understand it well, it can be your best friend. Also, with all of that, it is very SOX friendly.
My company lost so many customers because the implementation of CRM Infor was a disaster. Hundreds of wrong orders because the system couldn't handle the growth of our company.
Good in mapping key opportunities, targeting profitable prospects marketing campaign and lead management. Highly customizable platform.
Continually run into errors or the system just logs you off in the middle of doing a task.
Outstanding Outlook and Microsoft Office Integration (Outlook, Excel, Word, Sharepoint).
Running reports (they take forever and may even error out, so they have to be run again) and making groups is more trouble than it is worth.
Customization options are extensive but the ability to just 'jump-in' and start using the product right away was very easy and a big plus for us.
This interface is hard to maintain because of its custom features.
Good overall CRM system. Cost effective vs. SalesForce.
I don't like how in some areas you can not cut and paste.
I like the grouping feature and how easy it is to set up new accounts, contacts, and activities.
Missing a bit of functionality but with integration we've been able to push/pull data to other systems (time/billing) and marketing automation tools.
Infor CRM is fairly easy to use and intuitive enough for users to hit the ground running after 1 day. Cost effective vs. Salesforce.com.
Make your Buyer life easier. Infor is very handy and helps you to work with all of the procurement and management tools in an organized way.

The UI is easy to use and the data inside has so far been very useful. We have a niche business that requires a fine amount of tuning to find the best persona to fit our business needs.
Irrelevant leads, i would avoid buying leads from them.
The associate that did the demo was very friendly and helpful without being pushy or following up too much after our initial call like other companies do.
There seems to be quite a few duplicates of personas within the data and the Salesforce conversion isn't without it's problem.
Very positive and the sales person I dealt with initially was really great to deal with.
Great value for money, in fact Leadiro has easily shown the best ROI on any of our marketing spend.
Easy to use, great customer support, great bang for your buck.
Fantastic - prompt customer support and very easy experience.
The navigation on the site is great, and the filtering options were exactly what I needed to get to a level of specification that made sense for the leads I was looking for.
Overall it is a good product. The email addresses are accurate and up to date.
Great experience overall, I expect their data base to grow and become a market leader.

All the years of user feedback has made this a tool that evolved and constantly gets improved. If you have any site, it's a great idea to play around with Hello Bar and see what difference it makes.
Have asked four times for them to cancel my account and stop billing. Now reporting them to my bank for fraud.
Hellobar is a 5-figure and affordable lead capturing tool design to capture and grow your email list. It has great user interface and light popups that converts traffic very fast in to ideal leads.
I will say that I've struggled to get the support I need in answering questions and solving problems. There's no number to call, only a chat that takes over an hour for a response.
Hello Bar offers multiple ways to collect emails and they all look great on my site. There are many templates to choose from and customization is easy too.
I have to use Zapier to connect it to Ontraport. It's only a tiny inconvenience.
Overall this is a very good tool to capture leads and grow your business. It added new features over the years and makes it very easy to get started.
Switching providers as this is totally unacceptable. There are plenty of options and it's not good value anymore.
I don't like complicated tools and settings and was glad to experience how easy Hello Bar makes it to start collecting emails on your sites.
I'm impressed with Hellobar because of it targeting option.
I found it very easy to use and definitely recommend it.
It is straight-forward and easy to set up and use. It is very easy to update and also customize for your needs.
