Network Engineer

We've found the O365 backups to be the most reliable as they connect directly to MS servers and relieve the painpoints we experience with their agents on the computers.

Digital Marketer

It has also provided us with as evidence remote patch management systems.

Owner

I was previously using Acronis for personal and business PCs under different subscriptions.

If you do not need support, Acronis works very well and has good logging.

HR Manager

It is very secure and guarantees business data security.

Happy to share the litany of e-mails that range between ridiculous and humorous.

I like that this is a scalable and an affordable business data backup software.

The best thing about it is the different options for restoring while keeping RPOs and RTOs low.

This year they did it again and it took weeks to get a refund.

Rest assured I will not renew with them nor will I ever buy software via Cleverbridge.

IT Manager

You can easily integrate Google Workspace and Microsoft365 into the platform and have a tree view of all your shared folders and email accounts.

I never got all my money back and am stuck with them for a few more months.

Trying to backup various systems (Windows, Android, iOS, Mac) and cloud services (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365) in one platform was our goal.

it technician

Since Ghost is out of the picture, acronis is the top in image-based backup.

You can add additional backup storages either local or at various service providers of your choice like AWS, Google, Azure, etc.

All previous support requests we had have been answered and solved within 1-3 hours, if something could not be solved it was handed over to engineering to see if it's possible to implement the desired functionality.

Data Scientist

It scans files stored in 3rd party softwares, has AI powered monitoring.

System Specialist

It does have its share of flaws, like being a bit slow during backups and a somewhat steep price, but in the end, the pros outweigh the cons. If you're looking for a reliable backup solution, I'd definitely recommend giving Acronis Cyber Backup a try!

Team lead

Various backup options like full VM, volume,file-folders or a path.

There is no need for any minimum billing commitment for Aronis cyber cloud (if you opt for the same from Acronis resellers), as well as they offers the backups for each and every type of computing load and Operating Systemes in addition we can monitor and configure the backup from a single pan of glass (i.e. Acronis Console).

Cybersecurity specialist

You can start a copy of your machine directly from backup if you are in a hurry situation.

CTO & CIO

The protection against ransomware did give me some problems and I disabled that functionality.

I also wish they provided more detailed tutorials or help articles for some of the more advanced features.

Admin

Ease of use, notifications, knowledge base to resolve issues, reports, policy management for devices

Backing up one of these is as easy as clicking a checkbox (if you already setup and defined your backup plan).

I found the interface quite user-friendly, and it didn't take me long to figure out how to create and manage backups.

business solutions support analyst

It backups my files and has many features

Sr Manager

In fact, they frequently roll out features that resolve any limitations they may have.

It does support almost every if not every platform you are probably using.

They have fixed most of the bugs they had before, I stopped using it for 3 years.

It is fast in the copies and in the upload to the cloud.

Director

costs; due to costs this vendor is not an alternative for customers with low budgets. if lower costs were offered, it would certainly be a recommendation for any type of case in backup requirements.

With remote work becoming the thing nowadays, security is more important than ever.

General Manager

What we would like to see, is a way of customizing the email address which sends us the backup alerts.

Attorney

Generous storage packages - 500 GB - 1TB - you can upgrade if you need more storage.

This can be a bit annoying when you're in a hurry.

Web Developer

We are keeping our systems secure, up-to-date and backed-up in multiple locations and solving customer problems restoring their systems on different hardware as per their requests.

Sr. Manager of Innovation

It doesn't take much space on my pc nor does it seem to require much memory to run effectively - you won't even realize it is there!

we are definitely talking about a market leader in backup solutions; few vendors can match it in terms of functionalities and capabilities.

Infrastructure Manager

I had setup complicated Veeam Cloud Connect solutions in previous roles, so in my mind Backup Solution= Complicated.

Its really good and highly adanced backup software, if you can afford it, then i can recommend it.

It's easy to set up, even for people with no computer skills.

full and satisfactory experience of use, however having found other vendors offering solutions with equivalent functionality at a fraction of the cost, I have opted to switch (just a question of cost).

Software Engineer

You can do many types of backup like incremential backup and split it in many files to make it easier to transfer it

no problem, install the agent and it's backed up to Azure Blobs.

Technical Support Analyst

I like the service and would choose it again over any other competitors.

Ease of usage, performance and reliability

System Administrator

To be honest, its the price, I think its to high.
