Avast Ultimate Business Security vs Norton AntiVirus Comparison

Advast software finds virus, I have had McAfee, Norton and other antivirus software in the past and have put the three of them to the test and have see that Avast has worked better than all the others.

Have not see any. It can be slow at times when it runs but that is with all of software.

What I like most is that it is easy to use, it contains protection for most of the current viruses, it updates its database online and unlike norton antivirus does not compromise the resources of the team in terms of speed and use such as social networks of facebook youtube that in the case of other antivirus produces interuption in the processes and makes them slow

It must be connected to the internet to update the viruses, it has no parental control in case it is used for an educational network

Great antivirus with safety from phishing and internet attacks. Avast Bussiness Antivirus Pro plus is amazing antivirus.

Subscription is a little costly as compared to another antivirus in the same segment. Need to increase free time subscription.

Great Antvirus . installation was easy and GUI is very detailed , database is update regularly and certain that it keeps my pc's running smoothly.

Avast antivirus has been built by Avast for MS Windows and other operating systems.It provides a facility to protect system against Viruses and other malware softwares.

It is a good antivirus program but more secure antivirus programs are available in the market with same price.

I liked the easiness of use and not killing my ram and processor. It captures the viruses and report it instantly. It controls every thing happens on your computer and data flows.

It is little bid annoying actually. Every 5 sec gives a notification. If I run the scan, it will report every single issue. They might be a lot.

The pros of the software is the ease of use, the accuracy finding virus,the extra tools they give are awesome to keep you're computer running top notch, there isnt a better anti virus software out there, it updates very well,

i didn't find any cons of this antivirus, if i were to not pick, the scans could be a little faster, and its kind of heavy of the resources on your comp at times, but the protection this gives out weighs the cons,

This antivirus Avast does what most of the antivirus do, but was very easy to download and did not have any issues or conflicts with my current antivirus which was simply removed

i am currently a free version user, it is really good and easy to install and to use, i gives you more than basic protection.

you have sometimes commercials that are not really annoying but you still see them, you need to register every year that is really annoying.

We are constantly adding and removing computers from our district, and being able to manage Avast from our server for deployment and updates is amazing.

There is some cleanup involved with the server, many clients do not show up unless added again. Updates don't always work.

Avast is an antivirus which gives trail version for checking it’s compatibility and reliability of software and it keep my computer safe and virus free

It makes my system bit slower and it asks more update every 2-3days

I love avast, it is the best antivirus I have ever used, it offers all of the protection that other options available such as norton, avg, kaspersky and others offer but doesn't eat as much RAM memory, my computer stays as fast as ever. It will protect you from almost any threat and it's database is updated all the time.

I can not update the software if I do not have Internet. In general, some options are missing, I have tried to put it in my computer images in the past and I have had problems.

Norton Security has been a phenomenal tool that has kept our office safe. Great way to prevent the many threats that are on the web!

As a daily user there is very little to like about feeling safe. I have noticed that our administration is regularly updating the software but it has little affect on us users.

I have been using Norton for years to protect my computers, and have always found the software to be just a step above the rest. Provided regular security alerts, seems to always have built in features to protect against the latest threats, and the annual membership pricing is decent. But even free versions of this software work really well.

I wish the pricing were like back in the day when it was a purchased software versus an monthly or annual subscription fees.

I had used Norton several years ago and then a new computer came with McAfee so I tried that for awhile and have no recently switched back to Norton and am even more pleased with it's interface and usability. I actually love that anything I download gives me a little notification to tell me it's been scanned and safe. The other thing I like is the trust in the brand and name. Norton has been around for a long time and

The only real complaint one might have would be price. However, the peace of mind is perhaps worth it, and the trust in the name as well.
