The experience is very good. We implement it to the vast majority of our clients. We are providers.
The proper functioning, virus detection and good control of client computers from ESET PROTECT Ease of installation and implementation both locally and from the ESET PROTECT server
Might detect some more malware, like Malwarebytes Antimalware software does

A fully protected and faster PC
First, I've never had even one computer that was using ESET show up for repairs at my shop. that says a lot about the product. ESET also manages PC resources better than other AV programs. It doesn't slow your computer down but will stop you in your tracks when you've hit a bad website.
I wish it would find the same stuff as Malwarebytes. Then only one product to throughly clean a computer.

Never want to touch it again. It is horrible. We have spoken to clients who have been given kick backs to deploy the software.
The deployment is fairly simple. The interface is intuitive.
Everything else. The scanning and protection is shockingly bad. We have had clients that have used ESET for years and have complained about how slow their machines were. ESET said that they were clean. We loaded Malwarebytes, Bitdefender, Kaspersky on three separate machines that were having a problem, and more than 30000 viruses were found.

In the end it turned out the malware was in a citrix users profile and not on the server itself but it was a great tool to do a one time quick and dirty scan.
It works with windows server and you can do a one time scan with the free trial. I used it as an alternative antivirus program to scan a server I believed to be infected. Malwarebytes trial no longer works with windows server.
It did take a long time to run, but honestly I take that with a grain of salt because it can take a long time to run on a server

Decent probably even say great AV for home and selected business users.
As an anti-virus solution ESET works pretty well. We tested this a and a couple other solutions quite a bit prior to our current AV renewal. As an AV and with test malware, av infected test files ESET preformed surprisingly well.
Unfortunately for a large business management and administration did not fit our needs

the management console, tasks, installers and detection. it is the worst i've ever seen. i've been using this software since it came out less than 2 decades ago but that's about it. started switching to Cylance and adding Malwarebytes (cloud version is really great on this one)
nothing since the moved to Version 7.x.x
all of it especially the module, agent, installers and tasks. it is really a piece of garbage

Great option for total security for your business.
We've been using ESET Security for many of our systems at work for quite some time now and the crew seems to love it. It runs quietly in the background and notifies you if there's anything that requires your attention. ESET is keeping our data safe and our devices healthy.
A bit laggy to load up on initial start-up, but no other issues have been noticed by me personally.

Great for home users, might not be ideal for business users!
The software was very much set it and forget it. Great for people who don't want to think about the security implemented on their devices, and let the software take care of everything for them!
There is very little in terms of control for the anti-virus, so if you're looking for something with a little more substance or features, you may want to look elsewhere.

Peace of mind, security, and good for the wallet.
To me the most effective part of ESET is that you forget it's even installed, until you need it. Then when it pops up an alert to tell you there is a problem, the description of the problem is very clear. I use ESET on all the PCs and laptops in my home, I trust no other. Run ESET along with Malwarebytes Pro and you have a 100% secure system.
None right now. There was an issue a while back where a bug in the code kept turning off a background feature, and boot would put you at risk, but they cleared that up pretty quickly.

Great anti-virus software for home and business
I have used both the trial and paid for application and it works really well. ESET is always up-to-date with new threats, is really easy to use and is good for home or business.
ESET can get resource intensive but nothing too serious and it can get expensive if you are a single user at home

Amazing product at an amazing price for any business.
Eset prides themselves on catching threats faster than anyone out there. The facts are they do I have been using Eset for over 7 years and it has saved my customers thousands of dollars that could of been affected data. And pricing is amazing for the product.
Really there are no cons the support is great. If I had to list 1 con it would be that the log file use to go out of control but since then has been fixed.

It saved me from unwanted browser windows that open at any time. It is a nice feature that it also shows IP addresses.
My favorite feature is that they add something new to their virus registry almost every day. Nevertheless, it takes up very little space in the system. It also works quietly in the background and gives person to confidence.
I use the software with a business license. However, if I did not have a business license, I would have contradicted purchasing an individual license. Because wages are a bit high.

I still use that Antivirus for small business, and it work well.
The fact that ESET endpoint security can be install on a file server and on all the pc.
I would like to say it is a cloud manage Antivirus, but you'll need the big endpoint to get it.

I have been using it for maybe over 7 years on several different computers, and have never had a security scare.
I have been using ESET in my personal computers for years, as in my family's business as well. Have never had any issue whatsoever.
Sometimes ESET can feel a bit clunky and heavy, but it has never hindered my computer's performance.

it has been a great security guard for the business and it offers features like online banking which is secure for transaction happening online.
Eset Endpoint security offers the best protection there is on the market for protection of your device against viruses and other intrusions. Its features for internet security, local security ensure that the device is protected at all times, together with constant updates for virus definitions.
Eset offers value for money however it is still a bit expensive for the average user seeking protection from intrusions. the customer support responses to problems which is good but for a highly priced app it should respond faster than they already do if any query is raised.

I would highly recommend new users to opt for ESET Endpoint Antivirus Software!
The thing that I like the most about ESET Endpoint Antivirus Software is that it is multi-layered and provides complex protection for business endpoints with a comprehensive suite of security solutions.
The thing that I like the least about ESET Endpoint Antivirus Software is its Anti-Stealth mode. Although it is a useful feature that protects users, it slows down the computer considerably.

We are simply trying to protect our sensitive data.
It is a string strong program that seamlessly runs in the background. It protects our sensitive information and us from malware. For that I am grateful.
I personally cant think of anything that I dislike about the eset endpoint virus scanner. It is new in our business so perhaps that could change.

Malwarebytes Pro, along with ESET Internet Security, is the only setup I trust, both for my laptops and my desktops.
I don't like to have to get too involved in the security of my machines, simply because I'm busy and need a product that allows me to get on with what I really need to be doing. Malwarebytes allows me to do just that. I installed Malwarebytes along with ESET about 10 years ago and have had no reason to change. Simple setup, complete confidence in security, and enough tools to keep a geek happy. I don't completely ignore my security, I just don't want to be hindered or constantly told about something. I have MB installed on 3 laptops and 3 desktops at home, and never have any issues.
In the early days of MB, the website wasn't really marketed well, and so it was difficult to really know what you were getting. That led to a lot of concern. That's gone.

There are much better options out there, like Emsisoft Anti-Malware or ESET security software line that provides reliable protection and excellent customer service.
Free edition is emergency only tool since doesn't provide any realtime protection. So it is useful only as aftermath malware removal. Premium Edition has good set of features though personally I used it as a secondary security tool in addition to ESET NOD23 Antivirus.
Absolutely terrible customer service. No phone or chat support, mail only. When had issues and sent them assistance request it took them almost a month to reply with.... customer service survey! Canceled license renewal. Not recommended.

Malwarebytes for Business is the best endpoint security platform. Implementation is easy. I have enjoyed using it and I would recommend it.
Malwarebytes has given the best feeling for secure and reliable systems. The intelligence level in play is worth it. Viruses and threats have no route at all. I also like the features which are quite easy to understand. Malwarebytes is enough security for businesses.
It is worth the money. I have not experienced any challenges.

We were looking for a "one-stop" solution for endpoint security/Anti-virus protection, and Malwarebytes fit the bill perfectly. With just a browser in the US, we can -- on a moment's notice -- initiate a full system scan of a machine in Sydney, Australia. Having the piece-of-mind that comes with knowing every device on our network is protected by best-of-breed endpoint security is worth its weight in gold.
I like the ability to run scans remotely, the ease with which I can create remotely deploy the software to new nodes on our network. We set up a mailbox to monitor infected machines, and check it regularly. It makes the job of our IT Manager so much easier. The reporting is good but not stellar, allowing us to quickly pinpoint vulnerabilities and do remediation before the problem becomes unmanageable.
Filtering policies can be touchy. If you are too aggressive in setting them up, you can block traffic you never intended to block. We did this and literally killed connectivity between our desktops and our online accounting app. Ouch. Be careful and test before deploying a web-filter policy.

The user appreciates how the unified security platform has improved cyber-security and allowed faster endpoint remediation. Throughout our time using Malwarebytes for Business, the primary function of threat detection has proven useful. The solution provides a very effective layer of protection against various cyber threats. It makes it easier to monitor the security of many individual devices centrally. As it allows for a thorough evaluation of computer health and enables efficient mitigation of internal and external cyber threats, the aforementioned cyber security technology is highly recommended for multi-department enterprises.
This security precaution has been adopted company-wide to protect the devices and the company's critical information. The program has excellent threat detection capabilities, outperforming several other solutions. In addition, the interface is straightforward, making it easy to understand and use. It protects against malware such as viruses, spyware, ransomware, and other cyber dangers. We particularly like that the program has a centralized control panel from which we can run scans, updates, and other tasks remotely.
The device is pricey and can occasionally cause a significant drain on system resources, which can lead to a slowdown in overall computer performance.

Excellent product for your home, SMB and Enterprise. Tried the software a number of years ago when it was yet simple, but very powerful and it did an excellent job at catching all sort of things on your systems. Nowadays, cybersecurity is something that nobody can afford to ignore and Malwarebytes delivers really well with tons of different option to meet your needs. Glad to use the product that is stable over the years and continues to improve.
Malwarebytes is your one stop endpoint solution with constant updates and improvements.

I am very happy being a Malwarebytes customer and would highly recommend them to anyone.
We have been using one version of Malwarebytes or another for years and have been satisfied with how it keeps our endpoints safe. The latest version is cloud-based so clients can get updates even if they aren't plugged into our network. The management portal is easy to use.
I wish the updates to the endpoint software were more automatic and didn't always require reboots.
