easy to work with, support is good, we are never ready but they are.
ease of use automated notification for Admin staff pricing compared to other products we looked at

Threat detection capabilities , UEBA features are wonderful
Reporting lacks to provide enough information plus sometimes integration with other tools is cumbersome.
