You cannot perform an incremental backup of a Hyper-V virtual machine unless you boot from the machine itself.

Send issue in email and only one of the issues are addressed, like the techs do not read the entire email.

For example, I have a couple of programs (including Macrium) that occasionally lose their key settings files on one of my computers. If I can't restore in a simpler way, I can restore the last good copy from a backup with a minimum of fuss, seeing & even opening the file(s) in question before restore.

Paramount Software has instituted, like many software vendors, a yearly licensing fee which has its quirks, and the pressure will be on them to either develop another product or make it worth the user's money to pay yearly in order to upgrade with each release.  

I've restored backups, both when disks have been replaced, and to recover fat-fingered accidents, and usually it is pain-free (once I couldn't restore a backup on a network drive to a virgin PC, but that got resolve).

I can rely on the fact that I can always restore my image to different to a different machine using the bare metal restore feature.

I have to be honest with you, there isnt really much to dislike about a piece of software that makes cloning an imaging a breeze.

That's kind of understandable because you don't want to have what you think is a backup but is just random noise on some disk sectors, but it is useful to be able to complete the backup anyway and know some of it might be flaky - better to have some data than none at all, and typically in this case you might be trying to save a drive that is failing.
