First and most importantly, they have an incompetent customer support team who barely replies to our concerns and forget about the 24/7 support that they say they have.

More than 70% of their core file is unused by our settings, and that slows down our page load speed enough for our site to now fail Google's Core Web Vitals.

at the time of writing this review, my whole account is down for 5 days now, and till now the customer support team never replied to our emails or chats!!!!!

Nothing I don't like - it does what I want and doesn;t bother me with sections I decide not to use  - other than to warn me that I may be noncompliant, which is fine

However, if you use tools on your website that iubenda doesn't recognize and isn't in their system, you may have to manually add to your privacy or cookie policy.

They are constantly adding to their system, so just because it doesn't recognize something today doesn't mean it won't be added in the future.
