What I dislike about IBM Security is it's taking too long to delete a user from the user admin side, this is something that I am not sure of and may also have to do with how it is setup from our side.

Hexnode is actually capable of doing pretty much all device types, but we're using it for Mac to comply with client InfoSec requirements.

Overall I have used Hexnode to manage PC, Mac, iOS and Android - and its been amazing to be able to manage such a variety of systems in one console.

Hexnode UEM has succeeded in streamlining our MDM capabilities for a variety of endpoints across our fleet. While it does lack some features, I am quite excited reading about their roadmap, futuristic plans and their greater ease of deployment.

for all the other plans, only tracking is ok, but remote control is limited to impossible.

The worst is that searching for help comes with "nothing matched your terms" and I have then manually went thru and found the exact phrase I searched for in the help.

The admin console does not have the best experience, if you are managing too many apps in policies you might have some hard time. But it is a one time setup anyway.

Everytime I search how to do anything in an Android MDM, the first five in the list are Reddit or Hexnode articles on how to do it in Hexnode, and now I know why.

They are a powerful MDM that makes deployment simple.

Additionally when a policy or action is pending and attempts to re-try there isnt a way to stop it.

Device onboarding was smooth with no issues, and policies applied consistently from the start.

The offboarding of a device is also something that's very vague to me.
