What is NetBeez?
NetBeez is a digital experience monitoring platform that analyzes network and application metrics to detect performance issues that impact the end-user experience. The solution is used by IT teams that need a single pane of glass to detect and troubleshoot remote end-user issues associated with voice, video, and web applications. The platform is multi-environment aggregating data from both remote/home environments and on-prem WAN and Wi-Fi networks.
NetBeez is composed of plug-and-play hardware and virtual appliances and software clients for user endpoints. The agents are managed by the central server, where the dashboard runs.
It can be deployed on-prem as an OVA or bare metal or in the cloud on AWS, Azure, GCP, etc. It has monitoring capabilities, such as end-to-end network performance, Service Level Agreements (SLA), remote digital experience, Wi-Fi performance, application performance, and network speed.
