There hasn't been much not to like, at least for what we use it for.   If I have a complaint, it's that their logs can be a bit difficult to decipher, but part of that is because we don't need to do so all that often.

Even though reporting is up to the mark, it cannot be said to be as versatile as the specialized analytic tools.
