Organizations can perform automated privacy impact and data protection impact assessments to collect and evaluate data, as well as create and publish their privacy policy statements with help from Privacy–Now’s templates. The solution also enables organizations to analyze their website cookies, customize cookie policies, and more.
Privacy–Now’s features for risk assessment and management enable users to build their own data model of personal data, and provide transparent visibility of when, how and by whom data is processed. Users can also efficiently manage the execution and results of periodic audits, automate GDPR infringements procedures, and manage any issues, non-compliances or non-conformities of the GDPR management system through a configurable workflow.
Additional features offered by Privacy–Now include dashboards and analytics, reporting, a customizable workflow engine, custom forms, and easy integration with third party tools involved in GDPR compliance management. Privacy–Now can also be accessed on-the-go via mobile device using the mobile web app.
