The updates fail sometimes and require a complete reinstall of SentinelOne and it can get a little difficult, sometimes requiring to use the cleaner tool and get into safe mode.

They still haven't completely consolidated their Dashboards. So depending on the SentinelOne product or packages you  purchase you will unfortunately have to navigate multiple Dashboard.

In the above case, the only option left is formatting the endpoint if you want to remove it from your endpoint.

I the major con that I had issues with the S1 portal was deleting or uninstalling an endpoint or updating endpoints.

The central management is nice, but almost TOO centralized, since if a device is "offline" there's not much you can do to repair the network stack or whatever it is that S1 does to kill the network connection.

Overall S1 is a fine product, and I prefer it to other antivirus solutions.

The software was very simple to deploy and ran seamlessly in the background.

Some settings are complex and need extensive knowledge to understand and operate.

We don't have a lot of virus activity, but we do feel very safe with the detection AI S1 uses, and love the lack of false positives in our alerts that don't waste our time.  

I have a great experience with S1 and their SOC was always helpful and attentive to my needs and kept me informed throughout any issues I had.

The occasional alert that's false-postive or the pulling-network-cord feature on endpoints that don't appear to have a lateral spreading virus.

It is a reliable EDR solution at a good price.

Overall I think Sentinel one is great value for the service that you get.

I have been a loyal Kaspersky fan for many years but Nothing close to what SentinelOne  can do.

As an administrator the web interface could be a little easier to remediate and disable agents when necessary.
