We were very satisfied with it once it was moved to a cloud based offering as opposed to an on-site server base.   But once purchased by Broadcom, the changes in how it had to be renewed thru a reseller and the growing complexity of it, forced us to switch.

I used Symantec Endpoint Security prior to Broadcom and was able to understand it and get done what I needed to using their interface.   Once Broadcom took over I couldn't even log in to my portal.  

I like its robust threat protection, which includes defenses against malware, ransomware and zero-day attacks.
