New stable overall endpoint security platform
As good as any of the products out there plain and simple
I can't say that I dislike anything about this software package

Unique technology for 0-day threats.
- Very easy to implement, it is quickly done (4-5 sec/enpoint) and can be installed besides any other endpoint protection. - Does not use offline database - no houly update dowloads needed at all. - More precise than others we used and used to sell before (eg. ESET, McAfee, Symantec, Kaspersky, Avira, Sophos). - Easy to use central management.
Gives you no information on found malware at all in the endpoind other than a file was found to be malicious (eg. malware type (eg. PUA, trojan, crypto...), MD5, etc.) - you get the deatils in the cetral manegement console only. Therefore, impossible to deal with in on the client side when need be.

Webroot SecureAnywhere Endpoint Protection was installed on my laptop in the BestBuy store when they repaired my laptop about 7-8 months ago. Since then, I haven't had any issues pertaining to my computer's security.
I have used it for less than a year. I haven't seen any issues so far.
I'm glad that the switch to Webroot has left you feeling safe while online! Welcome to the team!

Peace of mind and great endpoint protection!
- Easy set up and installation - Great support - Great central management/console - Easy administration - Awesome Chrome extension
- A little pricey - Console format a little outdated - Started with a trial from one re-seller, and then had to start all over when purchased from another

We are very happy with Webroot. We have had very few problems with viruses since switching
Easy to configure and deploy Is not resource heavy and does not impact computer performance Quickly identifies threats and stops them
Mac integration has been difficult since Catalina Sometimes endpoint updates have adverse effects on performance
Glad to hear that Webroot has been easy to deploy! Thanks for the review!

My overall experience with Webroot SecureAnywhere Endpoint Protection has been a very positive one
What I like most about Webroot is that I can rest assure knowing that my computers as well as my documents are safe.
What i like least about Webroot is that there really is nothing that I really don't like about this software
I'm glad that Webroot is helping you feel safe while you're online! We will continue giving you the service you've come to know and love. Thanks so much for the review, Ronald!

I can honestly say that I have nothing positive to say about Webroot SecureAnywhere Endpoint Protection.
Not only is Webroot inconsistent with what it blocks, it is extremely difficult to get it to allow a program through. Disabling or pausing protection does nothing, even when trying to allow access to a legitimate site or process. Attempting to remove this program is when the real nightmare begins. This software is nothing short of *RansomWare*. The convoluted process the user must go through just to reclaim their device is horrifying.

The installation package is very small, installs very quickly, and is easy to keep up to date. They just recently rolled out a new management console which is a welcome upgrade to the previous interface. I also like the ability to group my endpoints by location and apply different antivirus policies as needed without touching the actual machine or even remote desktop.
If you deactivate an endpoint it does not remove it from your account, it goes into a "deactivated endpoints" group, which can be confusing if you are new to Webroot.

Greater Security, easier management
The client is extremely lightweight, and it can do a deep scan in minutes with no system impact. It has been able to detect and stop malware/ransomware that was too new to be detected by our other systems. The admin interface is well laid out and easy to use with a wealth of configuration options.
requires constant internet connection. If you're internet connection is not stable or always on your protection is hamstrung

Have called in for support on numerous occasions & each & every tech has been able to solve my issues.
after an endpoint reports back to the console that there was a bad file blocked...it is very easy to send a command to that desktop to perform a scan on demand.
Functionality available in interface is not necessarily easy to understand. There are many options but a novice user of the product would not always know what they can do.
We appreciate the thoughtful feedback you've given us here! If you are running into issues with the interface, please feel free to reach out to our business support team to give some more specific feedback and perhaps work out a solution: https://www.webroot.com/us/en/business/support/contact

Does not hit performance on endpoints as much as other endpoint protection solutions. Much less bloated of a program than any other. Management from the admin console is fantastic once you learn where everything is.
The only con is when webroot is bundled with another solution E.g. Continuum, webroot is a bit more limited in it's abilities.

Excellent Business Internet Security/File Protection solution.
Webroot has very secure admin settings to prevent users from disabling it. It catches many heuristics and other quetionable activity.
It uses a good deal of resources. It would work better in windows if it used less resources. That's merely a technicality though.

I love that this is completely cloud-hosted and managed. We have used other centrally managed endpoint security solutions in the past that required us to host our own deployment/management infrastructure, and this is a far better experience. Nothing to support or troubleshoot, just setup and go. It ties into our RMM (remote monitoring and management) software solution perfectly, and allows us to control organization deployment and basic scans from there. If we need to customize any settings or allow whitelisting of applications or pathways, it is extremely easy to setup from the portal.
There is a little bit of a learning curve as it pertains to setting up organization-specific policies. That said, it works quite well once you get used to it. We have not had any major breaches or malware attacks since switching to this product.

Ease of Use!. By far the easiest endpoint solution for our needs! Setup was a breeze to roll out to our endusers! everyone was able to remotely install client by the click of a link and that is awesome!
Additional notifications from the console would be nice! not sure if i dont have this configured properly or if its a con at all!
Glad to hear the endpoint product has been meeting your expectations! If you ever run into any difficulties, please reach out to our business support team: https://www.webroot.com/us/en/business/support/contact

It is doing a pretty decent job for me since installation and I hope you can also keep your files safely without annoying pop-ups. A simple interface and powerful feature. Highly recommended.
A simple interface with powerful features. Webroot did not consume too much of RAM and protect your files safe and secure. It does not take more time for scanning process & it was quick and efficient. And it not annoying for daily updates and it works smoothly in background. Price wise it worthy when compared to other antivirus softwares and moreover it does not slow down the PC.
Since my installation, it doing a great job for me and my files are safe with Webroot endpoint protection. Sometimes it mistakenly marking safe files as a threat and rather than this I don't have any bad impressions regarding this software.
Thanks so much for making this thorough and honest review! We really appreciate the feedback!

This provides a no look solution to the security endpoints.
I use this to secure all devices across the company platform without having to actually go to each location.
This is great but on the end-user there is no ability to see the status or the system itself while it is running.
Thank you for writing this review! I'm glad to hear that you're finding our control console to be useful for managing multiple endpoints across the company! Look forward to a UI update we have coming to the console in the near future - everything is about to become a lot prettier and more user-friendly! -Webroot community team

I would recommend using Webroot to anyone, especially new computer users with less knowledge of security.
Webroot has been around for a while and is trusted by many. I have used it since it often comes free with new computers, and I have never had any issues with viruses or malware.
The interfaces is a little outdated, but, as I always say, if it ain't broke - don't fix it! Online web-browsing protection could be expanded.
Appreciate the constructive feedback about our UI. We're actually in the midst of a total UI overhaul which will release in the near future - keep an eye out for that!

We signed up with Webroot through Atera and were pleasantly surprised at the ease of use and security of Webroot.
Webroot was easy to use and deployed easily across all our clients. We only had to open a single support ticket and it was resolved quickly by Webroot support. Highly recommended for MSPs looking to protect their clients.
Advanced deployment methods are available but we found that there was some incompatibility with InTune automated deployment. We never quite got it to work but manual installation takes just a few minutes.

This used to be my choice before windows 10. light, good protection, easy to use, and again light. Why am I so repetitive indicating that it's light??? because most protection softwares are very resource demanding, and this is not the case.
Personally I don't have any complains on the Esset endpoint protection software. Now that I'm on windows 10, maybe the drawback can be that if you really need additional protection...

I would highly recommend new users to opt for ESET Endpoint Antivirus Software!
The thing that I like the most about ESET Endpoint Antivirus Software is that it is multi-layered and provides complex protection for business endpoints with a comprehensive suite of security solutions.
The thing that I like the least about ESET Endpoint Antivirus Software is its Anti-Stealth mode. Although it is a useful feature that protects users, it slows down the computer considerably.

Absolute rock solid Endpoint Protection! Ease of use! Lightweight engine! I also get the benefit of knowing my data is secure and I will not be in the hunt every year for a new Protection software.
The number one thing that I like about Eset is and always has been the iron-clad security! Eset has the best AV Heuristic system that I have ever used. The next thing is the lightweight engine it employs. Most AV software applications are system resource hogs. Eset does not kill my end user workstations. Additionally, I like the ability to run a scan and also use the user interface. Many AV systems lock down the UI when scanning. Eset Rocks!
This is really hard to say but honestly, this is one product I can provide no cons for! I have used Nod 32 since 2001 and in that time we have experimented with many different systems all touted as the best. Eset has continued to climb and has always beaten out the competition in my opinion. This is one software company that I back with my own reputation on a daily basis. If Eset needs a Salesman I would have no quarrel putting my name behind this company!

Overall ESET has offered good training and excellent functionality. I really hope they focus on competing with web interfaces such as Carbon Black.
ESET Endpoint Security offers the very best protection out of any of the products I've tested. CISA and Homeland Security often mention ESET's protection of various threats and has been this way for many years.
A long time ago in a galaxy far far away, ESET offered a much better local administration and deployment server. The current local or remote web based management sucks in comparison. ESET really should invest in re-working their management completely focusing on ease of use and configuration as I think it is the primary reason people would switch away from them. If you are willing to spend some time with this product, it really is excellent.
We are happy to hear that ESET is your trusted security provider and that you appreciate it's support and value. Thank you for sharing your review.

ESET Endpoint Security gives an excellent level of protection with all of the features included in one product (antimalware, antispyware, firewall, wen control, device control)
It will be good to have an option to add exclusions right from the detection screen, so there will not be needed to navigate tos other modules to add exclusions

it has been a great security guard for the business and it offers features like online banking which is secure for transaction happening online.
Eset Endpoint security offers the best protection there is on the market for protection of your device against viruses and other intrusions. Its features for internet security, local security ensure that the device is protected at all times, together with constant updates for virus definitions.
Eset offers value for money however it is still a bit expensive for the average user seeking protection from intrusions. the customer support responses to problems which is good but for a highly priced app it should respond faster than they already do if any query is raised.
