My overall experience with the software is very positive as with the whole site on one blocking system, but with instant access for staff with their PIN codes, it is a very quick, easy system to use.

Set up and integration are a breeze. Monitoring is top notch.

Troubleshooting through history is very limited. Without setting up a syslog server to send logs to, it only has it's history page to look through.

This is less of a problem with the WebTitan and more with my chosen method of deployment, but it was something I had to do to get full use of the features.

It is relatively inexpensive and initially easy to deploy.
