Creating and optimizing routes takes just one click, and the system updates dynamic ETAs and real‑time tracking, which keeps our operation organized and efficient every day.  

We also miss the ability to set different communication settings per client, since some customers need SMS, others email, and others WhatsApp‑style messaging.

By adding stopps manual to each route and by having a full overview to each driver in livetime we can save time.

What we like least about Spoke is that there is no native integration with WhatsApp, which is essential for last‑mile communication in our market.

All drivers can optimize their route and the dispatcher knows the process pf each route.

There is a spot to import an estimated time at each stop, although it is difficult to collect that data aside in the field. If there was a way to find the difference from the arrival time to the time the user clicks "Navigate" to the next stop, that would be an excellent way to get an idea of how long a driver is at a particular stop.

dealing with customer service,  I have not been impressed with them any time I discover an issue,  as an example,  addresses we have used many times, all of sudden is putting it on the map miles away on a street that doesn't even with the same letter.    but the next time same address can be where it belongs.   When I called in it, it was they never heard of it and it was something i was doing wrong.

I personally did not find the other services Circuit offered to be useful to me - but that is more so to do with my goals than theirs. While they offer Route Planner and Teams to differentiate different accommodations and goals, they might need to further this visually (e.g. different color schemes or branding).

Sometimes I have 5 drivers and add in another driver but when you optimize the route then only 4 or 5 drivers get a route which doesn’t make sense, it should split them into the active driver.

It saves me time planning deliveries for my drivers and saves my drivers time by optimising their route efficiency.

They already attempt to do this, but Circuit is what people will remember - so maybe consider combining them into one application with one brand and making sure the difference is clear for both users of Route Planner and Teams.

Including modifying the functions when necessary. While there are issues that have arisen with load time and how many things you have to click through in order to finalize a route, the positives far outweigh the negatives.

We can all see what has been routed so far from our separate computers and can get routing answers for our customers quickly.

Being able to manually enter delivery information makes Circuit very user friendly for a one driver business.

Circuit made a usually tedious process of planning my routes for philanthropy and charity a breeze.

Recently a "save changes" step was added after "re-order all/changed stops".

Rerouting upon adding new deliveries, it doesnt review the item route it simply adds.
