What I liked most was that the process was logical and easy to interact with throughout the process (in reference to third party processes).

It is nice to be able to track drivers and what they have on their truck in real time.

Sometimes the gps signal gets lost so it doesn't always update for a little bit.

The tracking is sometimes disconnected or delayed from where driver actually is.
