gtechna's customer portal allows citizens to register for residential and visitor permits by uploading information including proof of residence, identification, and vehicle details using the city website in real-time. Its business intelligence (BI) capabilities enable administrators to identify trends, access parking datasets, track staff performance, and share insights with required teams. Supervisors can also use heatmaps to gain insights into data patterns and correlations, monitor officers' activities, and visualize causal or correlative relationships.
