The Price & The Features are amazing. For a starter, this is a great option for a new brokerage since you can have up to 2 users for FREE on the Ascend platform.

We did occasionally have issues where loads were lost, but customer service noted it and fixed those issues as far as i know.

Ascend DOES have the feature available, but Truckstop.com charges so much to give you the integration code.

It's not 100% set up for mobile devices. You can access it and do simple changes but any complex changes or adds will be difficult done on a mobile device.
